Chic hotel, convenient location. the staff was friendly and provided helpful suggestions for dining, while the breakfast had a decent variety and was served in a pleasant lounge area.

Can’t fault anything about it.

A charming terrace surprise

Waking up to breathtaking views over Florence from our private terrace was memorable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Breakfast was a delightful spread!

We faced parking challenges, and our key cards malfunctioned twice during our stay, requiring several back-and-forth trips to the lobby.

The interior decor exudes charm with classic white and subtle gold and pink accents. Excellent hospitality from the staff made the experience delightful. A highlight was the superb internet connectivity, a key factor for my family. the initial room was cramped, and some cleanliness issues were present, and the late room service occasionally disrupted our plans.

Group very nice experience

The hotel location is superb, allowing easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see. The personnel were excellent, always going above and beyond to help us settle in comfortably.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the overall experience was still acceptable.

The rooftop terrace offers stunning views that are a major highlight, perfect for enjoying a drink while soaking in the surroundings. The location places you on the outskirts of the city center, giving a serene environment while still being within walking distance of main attractions.

The room I first checked into was cramped, with little space to move around considering the high cost. There were also noticeable cleanliness issues, like dust in corners and mold in the shower area. Late room cleaning disrupted my afternoon plans and made it tough to relax, coupled with loud street noise that intruded on sleep at night.

Just a proper fit for a little getaway in Florence with very good value for money. The small rooftop area was a nice place to unwind with a drink. If it gets too hot during your stay, make sure to bring a hat and plenty of water.

We had a spacious and bright Deluxe Double Room. The beds were comfy, I slept really well. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was super clean, and we had nice fresh linens. The rooftop terrace views were a bonus! A bit of a bummer though—our balcony didn’t offer much of a view. Still, the terrace made up for it. Just wish the private space was a bit better.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Our five-night stay featured a unique terrace with lovely views. Breakfast offered a good variety, though it could be fresher. Be mindful of WiFi issues, as services may not work properly. For the best experience, request a room away from noisy areas.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, assisting with dinner reservations and providing helpful local recommendations. The breakfast spread was exceptional, featuring fresh pastries and a cozy dining area for a warm start each day.

While the room was well-decorated, it felt a bit cramped for having two suitcases, which could be a challenge during busy times.

this hotel is so amazin! the staff is super friendly and always ready to help out, like when we asked about the roof terrace views. breakfast was really good and they have free snacks all day too which is awesome! the location is great, we could walk everywhere we wanted. plus, they made our stay special with a surprise champagne for our anniversary, which was such a nice touch!
